Nice big store, visited at 9am on the 30th of December, peaceful in there today. Staff busy filling up the shelves. Don't know if it is usually this quiet in the store but it felt good shopping here today. Shelves were freshly filled and could pick up items quickly. They have stickers showing prices matched with Aldi , which is useful . Would happily shop here aga9n.

A nice large shop however I have visited a few times and found the fruit and veg section to be quitr lacking, the displays are usually quite empty, but I do wonder if this is time dependent, each visit was on a weekday afternoon around 3-4pm. The store is usually very quiet when we go which is nice, however on our last visit we went to the self scanning section, we had a weight issue with one of our items and waited 8 minutes for someone to come to us, I recall this as I told my partner after five minutes I would wait until ten and then abandon the shopping and just leave (we had two children, ASD/ADHD diagnosed so waiting long periods is just not an option for us, knowing this we will not choose self service again, it is quicker in other stores we have visited). Despite this we were served by a very friendly member of staff who diffused any tension I had with a warm attitude, adding to the the staff on the meat counter were also very friendly and very helpful, all in all a lovely store, could do with a top up of the fresh fruit and veg displays and a few more staff available for self service, but a great store

Iād like to give a big compliment to Olga at the hot counter in Morrisons Borehamwood. Even though she was very busy, she kindly cooked fresh chicken fillets for me and served me with a lovely smile. Outstanding customer service ā thank you, Olga!

I arrived here just before 10pm and was in need of some emergency essentials. To my surprise the shop was closed. But the closing time says 11pm that is a whole hour early. This caused a lot of distress and inconvenience. I even saw workers leaving all before 10:30pm. This is outrageous update the closing time.

A large Morrisons store with a petrol station. Huge car park. Wide aisles and clean. Salad bar. Cafe closed for hot food at 2pm, shame when children eat for a £1 . Great location. Great variety of products. Definitely recommend.

Voucher saying I have a free item for my birthday yet item doesn't scan and customer services are unable to override 'the system' oh please. . do me a favour. . just train the staff or close this place, every time I visit here it's just awful. Cold, unfriendly and hostile.

Really disappointed. Lack of fresh produce. Lack of staff impacting product availability queues at the checkout. Technology breaking down I prefer Tesco but Morrisons have a far better fresh meat selection If I encounter the same problems again I will switch back to Tesco and Lidl. Light years ahead in so many respects Morrisons if you don't get your act together rapidly you will disappoint your shareholders and ultimately go bust. Its not what we want Invest in your people!

Plenty of parking. Lots of space in the shop. Good choice of products. Self checkout was a nightmare. Only 1 cashier so we went to self checkout. The scanner was slow, kept asking for assistance, failed to scan some items, poor information on the scanning screen. If you don't have cashiers then self checkout needs to be quick easy.

Easy parking. Store clearly laid out - same format as all Morrison's stores. Toilets clean.

They move stuff around too much. Makes it hard to find the bear essentials, like Rassomalai! But a lovely staff member knew exactly where it was. - halfway doe aisle 1. On previous occasions staff didn't know where it was. It is in a different place each time I go in!
