Unbelievably long queues...every time. Self service checkout queue is often half the length of the store...and the staffed checkouts are excrutiatingly slow. Like its run by sloths on ketamine. Expect to wait 10-15 mins on a weekend. I gave up after 5 mins in a queue that wasnt moving... zero queue in Aldi or M&S, the shops either side so I went to then instead.

Great store, tidy and logically laid out, much better then others I've visited. Staff are polite too!

Bought this today because it was a freebie and will expire tomorrow but it still made me pay. I made sure I picked up the right item.

One of my favourite Lidl stores. Very fresh selection of fruit & veg. Shelves are always well stocked , store is very tidy and staff very helpful. Very large carpark which obviously has it's busy moments , hence can be a challenge to park. Overall lovely spot to shop , great walking access to the main road of Borehamwood. Loads of other shops such as boots in the same spot .

My favourite part about this place is that you can get tiny shopping carts for your children but when i got one its so much more easier to use it because its so tiny

Very good store, friendly staff, better than the Watford branch. Only negative is the staff shelf fillers only concentrate on the partly full shelves, not topping up the empty ones, even when the missing product is in the stockroom.

Good space to move around in, and a reasonable choice of items, think they could lose the centre aisle that seems to be full of cheap items, that I found uninteresting. Not a lot of choice on the veg side though, but on the whole, a nice store to shop, with plenty of parking

Love this Lidl although it's not my local store. It is always well stocked and the plants and flowers they sell are 'healthy'. Aisles are wide which makes shopping there that much more enjoyable. Another bonus for me to come to this store is coz there's ample parking and Aldi and M&S is next door so can park once and do all grocery shop.

Apart from one very polite checkout girl I’ve never come across such obnoxious retail staff before. I feel sorry for the girl on the checkout as everyone else I’ve dealt with since they opened has been horrible. Appreciate it’s a miserable place to work with such a poor manager but the way I’ve seen him talk to staff regularly is not acceptable, head office need to remove him. The final straw was I enquired to the bakery staff if they would have almond croissants this morning, she grunted then said β€˜ if I had them they’d be out wouldn’t they’ - touching her face at the same time. I’ve been a supermarket supervisor and appreciate the daily challenges but you can make it harder for yourself also

First time ever in this store. Very cramped, aisles not that wide and a lot of customers leaving trolley's in the middle so can't pass by. Only saw one pallet, in first (cheese) aisle. Near impossible to get by. But I was in there at half one, so bound to be crowded. They only had two tills going, I can't stand the self service tills. However I did get everything I needed for the week. A good range of food and other bits, which is great! So may return soon!!!... Greek specials next week,,, and love baklava.
