   I’ve shop for many years having lived in the area for over a decade but what I experienced tonight was shocking. At around 10:40pm (5.12.25) I asked a young (new )staff member, Braydon, for help. Before he could respond, another employee (named Parth) came over shouting loudly for no reason. He put his hand inches from my face, denying something he had previously done, he was acting very aggressively while a supervisor just stood there watching. Intervening when my husband pointed out his incompetence. Then the supervisor starts shouting at Parth. What was even worse is that it looked like Braydon was being singled out by his colleagues. He wasn’t allowed on the tills, was being spoken to badly and given all the hardest jobs. He looked genuinely uncomfortable. I’ve noticed service has actually improved since he started, so it’s sad to see him treated this way. I doubt he will work there long he deserves better honestly. The whole situation was embarrassing and upsetting, and if this is how staff are treated – especially the newer ones – Tesco seriously needs to review its management here. Braydon and the female staff member are the only ones who consistently show good customer service. I hope Tesco protects him, because the behaviour I saw from the others was completely unacceptable. I am still in shock. I’ve emailed head office CEO, Ken I do hope to get some reassurance this will be looked in to. I’ve asked for the cctv to be kept as it was so distressing.

   Easy to navigate and has 'primary' necessities, so whizzing around is good. It has 2 self-serve checkouts and the storeoerson tills, but staffing isn't always the best....

   If your staff are completely disinterested in helping customers and rather scroll On tik tok why do you even bother employing them. Also, why do you have an Evri drop off point when your staff don't know how or can't be bothered to help with you a drop off!

   They say they take Evir parcels but anything slightly bigger the manger doesn’t want to take it he says the driver will not take yet took it to a nearby convenience store they happily took no problem I don’t why I have spending my money in Tesco I will give my money to people who care about customer and do the job properly

   Nice little tesco located in Edgware. Have everything you may need from food, household goods, and stationary. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Often very busy due to a school being next door but still have all you may need. Very clean and organised.

   It says they close at 11pm. I rushed to get through through unusual traffic for that time of night and managed to be by the front door at 10.59pm, and all I needed was a minute to buy some coke zero. They told me from behind the locked door that they are already shut and the tills are all of. I showed them my phone that said 10.59pm and they just said sorry through the glass doors. I'm pretty sure they are supposed to wait until 11pm and then lock doors and close till. Quite path6amd annoying to be honest!
