Use this shop everyday and it gets worse everytime! Rude staff selves never stacked right or got anything! Always loads off workers around the shop but takes 10 minutes to get seen at the tills……
Staff extremely rude, I asked for help at the self check out and you would have thought the staff member had just been told the world was ending. Not the first time I've had a rude member of staff and they also think its ok to make personal comments. Think I ll find another shop.
Disabled parking is always taken by non badge holders, so visiting as a wheelchair user isn't always the easiest. There are security guards at the entrance which over look the disabled bays, it would be useful if they could also keep an eye on who parks there and make sure they have a blue badge, and if not ask them to move. More needs to be done to police this issue.
Just went in with friend and my daughter. Got the bits that I wanted. Went to self check out and tapped my card which went through. Friend finished paying for her stuff then the very rude condescending woman behind the till then accused me of not paying for my stuff so I got my banking app up and showed that the transaction had gone through which she then kept saying it hadn't. I even showed my friend who can even back up that I had paid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS....
This shop is very over priced, I know Tesco express are expensive but this shop is worse than others. The aisles were full of Tesco workers. The shop is small and I counted 5 different trolleys with worker's unpacking stacking shelves. I asked if they could move their trolley so I could get my wheelchair through but I was rudely told no and told to go a different way. The staff were rude, unhelpful. The shop was crammed and no one was working on the till, we had to call somebody over. I would not use this shop ever again.
Been there a few times, never known such unfriendly and miserable staff...
Food and drinks that is expired from 1 months ago are always on the shelves. Be careful! Make sure to always check expiration dates on all products. Especially the meal deal section. I avoid it unless absolutely necessary.
Most of the staff are so rude and miserable. I understand people have their off days but I come here all the time and all the time most of them are just RUDE and just completely ignore you when you are waiting to be served. I’ve seen more smiles at a funeral. The only nice staff are the 2 women who work here, always really nice and helpful, god knows how they work with such miserable b*rstards.
MASKLESS member of staff, singing his heart out in the fruit & veg section - really belting it out. I felt extremely uncomfortable and abandoned that section in the end. Shame as rest of staff seemed to be taking the usual precautions to keep us safe while we shop.
