    On numerous occasions, I have encountered the pump being out of service. On another occasion, I attempted to use two different pumps due to the inability to receive petrol. I inquired inside about the issue with the pumps. They assured me that there was no problem. Ultimately, I discovered that the pumps were not authorised to dispense fuel because staff members were preoccupied with customers inside the shop. No one apologised for the time I spent manoeuvring my vehicle to locate a functioning pump, which took at most five minutes.
