Another obstacle has appeared to restrict movement. The Garlic bread fridge is bad enough but this is near the entrance and causes chaos.

Asked a simple question to a worker named Sue , she was the most unhelpful person , with a very sour face . Maybe she would be better of getting a job in a funeral home . Thank

Wouldn't recommend shopping at Borehamwood Shopping Park. There are a number of large stores here but if you spend over 3 hours browsing and shopping you can expect a nice parking fine. ** STAY AWAY **

All food products excellent quality and packaging. Clean shopping area and assistance readily on hand. One minor disappointment and that is greeting card area. If it is new supplier then please rethink.

Good big size store for a big shop. Fantastic parking and very accessible. The stocks are not great, fresh vegetables, salad and deli and meat ranges were poor for a Saturday afternoon. What was available was not all fresh. A great pity as it was cleaner than some stores but not as well stocked as Brent Cross. It was disappointing to see only 2 tills open which is appalling. The customer service assistants in Brent Cross are ten times better.

Dishonest member of staff. Returned a £20 plant that had died even before it's display until date. Was initially told M & S don't accept returns on plants which of course is not true. Asked to speak to the manager who advised of that policy. Lady with long blond hair came out wearing name badge MICHELLE. Exceptionally rude, condescending and patronising woman, telling me that "in her opinion" my plant was not dying. See photo below. I asked her then to send it to head office, which she refused. I was made to feel as though I was trying to pull a fast one so I asked her to write her name for me, so I could file a complaint with head office. She wrote "Rachel" on my receipt. I came back into store once she had gone to clarify her name and her colleagues told me it was MICHELLE. However, one girl then wrote RACHEL SMITH at the bottom of my receipt, despite me not even asking for surname. I then attempted to complain to a gentleman by the name of Barut, who was purporting to be the manager of the store. I told him what had happened, asked him to take over ownership of the problem and to file a report after he confirmed her name was MICHELLE GREGG and that she was not know by any other name in store. He went to the rear of the store and never returned. His colleagues told me he'd gone home because it was the end of his shift. Unbelievable. I then asked a shop assistance to file the complaint, she made me write it all down on A4 paper which fortunately I photographed because of course, the complaint has not been filed. Shocking behaviour.
