My daughter forgot her iphone in store. The security guy next day gave the phone back to us after proper identification. Such honesty deserves 5 star.
I’ve been a regular at this store simply because it’s convenient and close to my home. Today, however, I had an incredibly frustrating experience that has left me reconsidering whether I’ll return. I went in to buy some food for dinner, but when I reached the self-checkout, I realized I had forgotten my credit card at home. I promptly put the items back in their correct places and left, planning to return in just a few minutes with my card. When I came back, 5 min later, and I reached the till an employee, came up to me and asked why I had returned. After I explained that I had forgotten my credit card, she immediately followed up with a suspicious question: “Did you leave the food before?” This made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Her tone was accusatory, especially considering I had just returned the exact same items and was attempting to pay for them properly. I understand the need for stores to be vigilant about theft, but this felt like an unnecessary and unprofessional line of questioning.It would have been more appropriate for her to call security and check my bag the first time when I was living the store. It's one thing to be cautious, but it's another to make customers feel like they're being treated with suspicion without any reason. I won’t be returning to this store anytime soon if this is the kind of service I can expect.
Not for the first time, I went on to buy expired noodles for the 2nd time. Good ones are put forward and expired ones are at the back. Not going to consume this noodles anymore.
The staff was being very racist towards me and threatened me I’ll get ban just because I drop a bar of brunch bars. Do not visit this store if possible. Stay safe

BEWARE WHEN USING UBER EATS WITH THIS STORE! I have tried to keep faith when using uber eats with this shop. Many times my orders have gone wrong and failed. Today I'm updated my review to the worst delivery yet. I ordered £22 of items. I only received 1 item. As usual driver blames this store. This store blames the driver. I have to contact uber which again has suspended my account as suspicious...why can't staff in this store slow down and communicate with drivers when handing over bags and receipts. I've contacted and low rated the driver too. Its ridiculous in this day and for standards to be this badly low. People ask why do I keep ordering. What choice do I have when I need products and cannot travel and have no one to help. Please think twice about ordering shopping from here. Use another sainsburys store if you can. Also use another delivery app if possible. Tesco delivery or Iceland from now on.
Same as one of the comments, I wish I had saw it before hand. I did an uber groceries with this store and they left out a bunch of things which made me really upset. I have Covid and I can't go out because im not being selfish! So I chose to do an order online, biggest regret as half my order wasn't accepted, they just bought a few and nearly all the carrots came wet and rotten. Absolutely trash! I work hard to make money and hate wasting food, this just makes me super upset!!!
