   Sadly another negative review due to the horribly rude, and (having read previews reviews) racist woman that works here. I went in to print a label for Evri/Hermes following the instructions sent to me in email and using the website which told me this was the nearest shop to me that would print my label. I wasn’t asking them to send my parcel as it is being collected from my home, so I wasn’t “occupying space in the shop” as another review details. When I entered the store she was happy chatting to another white, male customer. Reluctant to acknowledge me. When I did manage to speak to her she was rude and condescending. She said she cannot print the label before I even showed her anything. I then showed her the email saying I can scan an attachment to print the label and she asked me “do you believe everything you read?”. I was so taken aback and showed her the attachment. She said she can only print labels if I have a square QR code and mine was rectangular. Thing is she said no she couldn’t print anything for me even before seeing if I had a “square QR code” or not. Having read previous reviews I can only assume she is racist as I am half Thai and look oriental. She was so rude and condescending to me I left the store in tears.

   The older white lady is very rude and sadist. She refused to take in the Hermes parcel, saying that it was occupying her storage space in her shop. She threw out my parcels without any consideration and asked me to take it another shop. It clearly shows she is not interested in accepting Hermes parcels. I am going to raise a complaint with Hermes. I did see similar negative reviews about this lady. She wasted our time today.

   There is a older white woman who was extremely rude and unhelpful who works there and seems to be there often. I went in to print a Hermes label for a parcel below, now on the machine, it states do not rip label, but the labels were hanging out. The lady came over and scanned it for me which was nice of her, anyway the label thing didn't print afte that. I must have been waiting their for 10 mins and I clearly was asking for some help, and she just ignored me. Finally, she came over in a puff and was just very rude, her body language and tone of voice. She said, it CLEARLY states do not rip the label, so I said the label was hanging out of the machine so I didnt rip anything. She then opened the machine and said well that's it, its broken now, you have to go somewhere else! I was like what? How can it be broken, and she said I have to call an engineer out now, you can't print it here, you have to go somewhere else. She then looked into the printer and said Oh, here it is thats your label. I then made sure it was correct and proceeding to take it up to the till for a receipt. She looked at me and said, we can't take that parcel now, as we dont do next day delivery service. I said I dont care about next day, I just need the parcel sent! She took a deep breathe and proceeded to write out my receipt, she was very rude and I could not understand it. Customers were coming in and she was overly friendly and talkative, but to me she seemed in fear about something. I took the receipt and placed my parcel to the side and said thanks. She didn't say bye or look at me nothing. Extremely rude, and I will be making a complaint and hopefully I'll go back in there and see who the manager is. Again, I dont want the issue was but she didn't want to help me at all, she wanted me out of her shop. I wonder if my Afro hair scarred her. Isn't it sad that I wondered if it was my appearance that made her be rude dismissive and unhelpful. A complaint is coming your way lady.
