   We popped yesterday to pick up few groceries, had to pop to toilets . I have to say this is the worst Asda I have ever had the misfortune to visit . It is too big , untidy and staff not helpful with a massive ques to macdonalds which greets you as you walk in . The toilets are absolutely disgusting… disabled locked , two toilets out of action , the remaining toilets were flooded , filthy , paper all over the floor and the stench from when you walk down a tatty corridor is appalling .I complained but nothing was done , half an hour after no one had even looked at them , these toilets should be shut down and deep cleaned !

   Asda is usually busy but very convenient, with lots of products at good prices. Sometimes the queues are long, but most of the staff are friendly and the store is easy to navigate. Good place for weekly shopping.

   ALWAYS check your receipt at this asda, they often charge you full price for items that are advertised on roll back! Feels like such a rip off when you are trying to watch your pennies.

   Probably the worst Asda I’ve ever been to — and it’s all down to the staff. If you’re planning to use Click & Collect, be prepared for a terrible experience. The way they speak to customers is rude, and the waiting times are ridiculously long. I actually had enough time to walk over to McDonald’s, have a meal, and come back before my order was finally handed over. The toilets were dirty, smelly, and in really poor condition. The only positives are that there’s a covered parking area and you get three free hours, but that hardly makes up for the rest

   This one is pretty rough, never feels safe outside, and inside is never that clean or organised. Staff here are not at all friendly, care or want to help you. Terrible experience with the self scan app, it didn't scan one of my items which I didn't realise, completely honest mistake, when I got to check out I was accused of trying to steal. Pallets left everywhere, trip hazards.

   Been shopping here for a long time. Can be hard to get customer help at times but a lovely lady called “Jenny” is amazing and bubbly on the tills. She is the highlight of the shopping trip! Whilst offering a fast checkout process she shows genuine care for customers! Thanks Jenny!

   Terrible experience here with unbelievably rude staff, especially elderly man named David. Never been treated so badly anywhere. So incredibly rude and clearly racist. When I raised my concern, I was ganged up on by several members of staff, including Sandra and Dominique, and felt genuinely threatened. I could honestly not believe how i was being treated at the till for absolutely no reason. Left the store shaking and crying. Complained to store manager but never want to go back there again. They need to sort their staff out! EDIT in reply: I have already emailed with all the details a formal response and received a very generic, frankly unsatisfactory response. The time of the incident was 1/12/22 at 17.30

   Visited this place only to buy some food on the go and had to used the toilet. I've never seen toilets in worst condition. And there was no soap from 4 dispensers. All empty. We have just come out of a pandemic, for Heaven's sake!

   Leaving this 1* review for the customer toilets alone. You need a shower after going into these, urine everywhere and the stench is horrendous time after time. I’ve also tried the disabled toilet for a more hygienic experience but it’s the same. Don’t touch any surfaces, who knows what’s on them. Overall a very run down feeling store. I’m sure I’ll get the standard “we’ll let the manager know” reply to this, but judging by the amount of people here who have said the same thing, I doubt they care.

   Very big ASDA - I have shopped here for a few years now , has pretty much everything you need for essential shopping and more. 24 hours although I have come on occasions where it has shut earlier. Also has an opticians, cloths section , affordable school clothing as well as a halal meat section. Overall a pretty good Asda store just off the A3 in roehampton also has a large car park which is free
