   Refuse to take large parcels which are which are within the delivery companies guidelines so why offer this service??? Waste of time.

   I went in to collect a Yodel parcel. I didn’t know the code he needed to give me my parcel and instead of politely helping me he told me he was going to serve the next customer…. I was a customer but obviously not as important! He then rudely told me he couldn’t help me and I should move out the way!!!! So rude! When I told him I needed him to serve me and that his attitude was very rude he told me he didn’t want to lose his other customers and so wanted to serve them instead! A very rude and arrogant man who has lost my custom from now on. I was also buying dog food from him so I was a valid customer, not just a Yodel customer.

   These are nice people. A few months back a woman had a problem with her bike outside and a piece of metal had got jammed from her bag into the derailleur. They brought out tools and we helped the woman cut the metal object jamming the mechanism off. The dad said to me afterwards, we are here to serve the community, not just to run a business. This is the essence of how a small shop should behave. Happier spending money in here than sainsburys 2 doors along.
