My favourite convenient store in existence! The people who work there are so friendly and always say hi to me when I walk in. Some days I visit this shop 5 times and every time they have exactly what I need! Love this shop so much and it will always be in my heart!!
Evri parcel sending/return experience was incredibly poor, staff disrespectful to customers. I spent well over 10 mins of the staff staring at me and one other customer behind me without saying a single word while serving other shop customers that kept walking into the shop from outside. Eventually I lost my patience and took it to a different shop nearby which I do with any other packages from now on. Prioritising shop customers is understandable but the zero empathy and feedback is absolutely not necessary.
Poor service for Evri return. Very rude store attendant. Despite the Evri machine clearly saying tear off the label printed label and hand it to the store staff, there is a pasted on note saying not to do this, which is very easily missed given the instructions on the machine. Rude store attendant then proceeded to be short and curt, despite this being an honest mistake, meanwhile whinging about how he now had to open up the machine which would involve “a lot of work” for him.
The mini market is my favourite convenience store. The staff are so friendly whilst the shelves are always stocked up. Whether you need a crisp cold drink or packet of sweets, mini market will not disappoint. I look forward to many future trips to this fantastic store.
I come here often to collect and send parcels and the service is great and friendly. Anyone would think it's an easy and simple task but in other places it hasn't been like that so I'm so happy to have found this place. Thank you
Very rude store owner not aware of his responsibility. Despite the evri returns machine clearly saying give the label and items to the store owner to package they have stuck a message on the machine telling people to do it themselves. The email confirmation of the return says the store owner will package the item (as does the evri website) but fortunately I had the original envelope for my items. I said to watch out as the envelope was open and he needed to stick it down but he refused, saying that its common sense that I should have packed it correctly. What a cheek! I tried to explain to him what the service was offering from evri and amazon that none of this was required and was his responsibility, but he wouldn't listen or believe me. Don't take your amazon evri return here on the packagless service as it does not exist and the store owner will probably be rude to you!
Horrible rude ignorant owner,no manners what so ever and will not allow people to use pay point without purchasing goods over £5..

When I was little my Nan used to shop in this fine establishment. I'm not much of a sweet eater and wasn't one when I was a child, so whenever my Nan would bring me with her to do the shopping the owner would let me have a crusty bread roll for free. We moved when I was five but I have fond memories of this place, if we hadn't I'm in no doubt I'd still shop here daily.
