I was shopping for someone else as a carer but the payment was declined by card then i was waiting to talk with my office for few minutes the Security naughty man said me if you dont have money why you come for shopping he was rude ,he doesnot have any manners to work at tesco.If you see my review ,learn how to behave with customer

It's a decent little store, but they need to keep up with the pricing labels, there's been a number of times an item is listed on the shelf with a clubcard price, but doesn't pop up on the till after scanning the clubcard.
This store was refurbished. Opened 15th August 2024. We Appreciate all the hard work and big thank you to Rob store manager, the Team leaders and the new Team members.
I would say very poor customer service. I bought some stuff and paid at the counter. I also paid for the bag and was expecting the cashier to put my stuff in the bag. Instead, I was told to collect the bag and do it myself.
Advertise as open until midnight but close and lock doors 10 mins early, refuse to let customers in.
Helpful kind staff they do electricity top up which is super handy
Joint at Sutton was small but reasonable
The staff are quite exceptional - the friendliest and most helpful I have ever experienced. All this despite working in a very small space which makes unpacking and loading shelves very difficult. I wish there was a people's new years honours list because the people who work there would get my vote. And I am a grumpy old pensioner. I only hope their pay reflects their contribution to making the world a cheerier place.
