   I’ve been falsely accused of shoplifting on two occasions at this Tesco Express within the past three weeks by the same individual. On the first occasion, I was accused of stealing and told to “put the items back,” even though I was in the process of placing them into a Tesco basket before heading to the self-service checkout. Most recently, on 24 December, after paying at the self-service checkout and exiting the store, I was stopped by the same individual, along with another member of staff and asked to have my bags and receipt checked. This treatment is unacceptable. Being repeatedly stopped and accused without reason is embarrassing and unprofessional, and it has put me off shopping at this store!

2. A Spring Day ★☆☆☆☆

   Weird and very slow staff…. Not sure how else to describe them. They’re rude, shout at you when you ask a question, always in the way of customers when stocking shelves because they’re busy chatting away with eachother, I wonder if the lack of light and ventilation in the shop is to blame? Because we can’t put all the blame on the staff, if their working environment was better I’d like to think that their attitude would also improve.

   As soon as I entered the store the first thing I heard was one of the staff being given verbal abuse I was appalled with the language used also most of the staff where useing such vulgar language to each other I thought customer service is ment to be professional but sounded like teens arguing and the looks I got from the staff while shopping im never stepping foot again into this establishment hope everyone else dosent have the experience I had

   My friend went there to get a meal deal for us only to find out the crisps were spoiled for over 18 days, I recommend you guys change them because it’s quite unacceptable.

   It was mid but I would off gave them a 5 star review if they had more items to buy because when I was going to get butter they said they were out of stock and on the next day they will have delivery’s but on the next day they still didn’t have butter in stock and by the way this was not in Covid 19

   I went into this Tesco Express today at approximately 1pm. I bought nothing. As I went out, I heard a slight bleeping. I ignored it as I hadn't bought anything. I crossed over the road to the cleaners. A man appeared beside me and asked if I had been in Tesco's. He looked like a security guard. He asked if I had bought anything. I said no and offered to show him inside my bag. He didn't want to look. The manager of the cleaners was very annoyed that the man had come into his shop. So was I. I collected my duvet and decided to go back to the Tesco. The man said he was the manager 'Omar'. He refused to apologise for his behaviour and refused to look in my bag when I insisted on opening it. The cashier also joined in and shouted at me. When I left the shop, my bag bleeped again so I can only assume it was something in my other shopping. I was very embarrassed by this man's behaviour and the cashier's. Please investigate.

   They are never open at 7am as they should. Is 7:21 now and they are still close. Every day the same. Worse tesco around.
