Staff ignoring and pulling long face, and continuing with the replacement. Self checkout one blocked, two not working. Amazing.

Staff packing the shelf blatantly ignored me when I asked several times if they had an item. Though he might not have heard me so asked again and still didn't get a response. Absolutely rude and unprofessional behaviour.
The store's quality control is a joke. I was stunned by subpar tomatoes on the shelves, and the manager's rude response of "ah okay, get another one" was even more surprising. Clearly, the staff needs better training.

This store was really a long time coming. Sainsbury’s should have opened a supermarket in the West 12 years ago. It complements Lidl perfectly, creating strong competition in the process. It’s a very well presented store and it’s a pity it’s not bigger, like the one in Kings Mall in Hammersmith. It looks like Sainsbury’s is finally making productive use of a former Argos branch as well!

One star is way too much, I received an horrible service from one of the staff, which was very rude and clearly did not want to work. Disgusting costumer service, as I felt humiliated and embarrassed since the moment they accused me to be a thief just because i did not have the receipt from the automatic till, and I explained everything, in the end when they founded out that the last receipt was matching with my groceries shopping, and so I was right; they did not even have manners to apologise, so I left crying. Absolutely atrocious!
