Used this pharmacy for years but service is shocking now. Waiting 3 weeks for prescriptions. More recently went to get essential prescription only to be told they have had prescription for almost 3 weeks and item is out of stock and they can’t order it. Staff couldn’t care less attitude. Not even an apology. They should let people know when this is the case. Had to spend 2 hours after a full days work driving round to a reliable pharmacy who were compassionate and extremely helpful. Will not use again and not recommend.

Always so rude and have a bad attitude for no reason. I get most of my prescriptions online but for one off things I need quicker this is my nearest pharmacy. I always regret going as I end up leaving upset. Seriously, don't bother with this place. Zero customer service skills and act like you're bothering them when you expect them to do the job they're paid for.

I almost always get my prescription in good time. 1000 better than Lloyds pharmacy.

Referred here by 111 service for my poorly 4 year old, told not to just turn up as potential covid symptoms, so was told to call and speak with them. I've been trying for hours and apparently nobody knows how to answer the phone! So we now have to go back through 111 because nobody can pick up a call!

Very arrogant man Seabert Ma, my husband went to pharmacy to buy eye drops for infected eyes as doctor advised. The pharmacist Seabert Ma flat out refused to sale it to him and tells him to go back to GP. Don’t understand why you get into medical profession when you refuse to help people. Went to ASDA, got it straight away.

Stood waiting to be served for a good while today ... completely ignored even though staff could see me waiting. Finally someone came over to serve, no acknowledgement that I'd been left gazing at the supermarket ceiling for the last five minutes, wondering if the sparrows were any more helpful. Encouraged that I was suddenly visible again I asked for the bog standard eye medication I'd been asked to collect by my poorly partner. You'd think I had asked for strychnine! Eye infection says I. Sounds like an allergy says she. Nope definitely conjunctivitis caused by an infection I explain, the doctor has said so and recommends this product. Finally, following a eye-watering round of questions and answers it dawned on me, when I asked if they carried any other product to help conjunctivitis and she flatly said "no" she actually had no intention of parting with that medication or any other and further interaction was a complete waste of effort and time. Twenty minutes later, a visit to Well+ Pharmacy down the road saw me walking happily out of the shop, medication in hand and some helpful advice thrown in for free....I'll know in future to trust the professionals!
