Tesco Harlesden has very limited product range considering its size, I have been to this Tesco more than 20 times. I prefer to go Sainsbury's Willesden.
I’ve been to this Tesco at least 15–20 times, and the product range is surprisingly limited considering the size of the shop. They rarely stock anything new, and unlike smaller Tesco Express stores, this one never seems to have products from East Asia. I’m not sure if it’s due to the local demographics, but the selection feels much narrower than elsewhere.
A good market and there are a lot of discounts but there is a lack of Arabic products they do not provide Arabic things
Tesco Harlesden is without a doubt one of the best stores around. The staff here are absolutely brilliant at what they do; always helpful, supportive and quick to assist whenever you have a question. The security team and the overall experience in store are phenomenal making every visit smooth and stress free. There are truly no failures or faults amongst the staff they all work incredibly hard to keep everything running perfectly. I want to give a special mention to Akash and Mo, two of the hardest workers in the store; they constantly go above and beyond making sure shelves are stocked, the store runs smoothly and that customers are well looked after. They really bust their backsides to keep everything in top shape and it shows. Their dedication and work ethic don’t go unnoticed, and they’re a real credit to Tesco Harlesden. I highly recommend this store: 5 stars all the way!
Back of tesco/ iceland/ way 2 safe.. This photo was taken today, but this rubbish has been accumulating for over six months. The street is infested with rats, and there is frequent drug activity, making it increasingly unsafe to live here. As a woman living alone and working late nights, I feel deeply anxious and afraid to return home. I kindly urge you to address this issue as soon as possible.
not good experience here. After shopping, I found that the parking is not free. I tried to pay by card, but the machine doesn't work. I have no coins in my pocket, so I went back to ask the assistant to change coins for me. I have only 20 pounds note, the assistant said they have regulations so she can not change 20 pounds note, but can change 10 or 5 pounds note. I said I have no 5 or 10 pounds note. She said you can shop here then you will get change. I told her I finished shopping just now, and I show her my receipt and stuff. She said she can do nothing for me. Then I went back to buy a cucumber and got changes. After that I told this to the manager, he is very kind. I think for the Tesco superstore, the parking should be free for the customers. Or the staff in the market should try to give support to the customers when they have some troubles.
The new self-serve queues are very confusing to the average person because there are two queues to a single pool of self-serve tills. This causes a lot of stress where customers are unpleasant towards each other, and creates a bad customer experience. Please consider improving this system

A bit disappointing after a brilliant start. Re-stocking seems a bit random (organic eggs missing for 4 days), and prices not always in line with big Tescos (Oatley £2.20 instead of £1.90). Still good, but not great.
Their price gauging reaches new heights, to match the store they’re building. Also they try and stop anyone paying cash.
