Quality of food is so bad. Mouldy food on multiple occasions and very expensive. Staff are good people and they’re operating in terrible conditions… dirty, crammed, broken freezers etc which isn’t their fault. Whoever owns that Tesco should do a refurb or let a better supermarket take over.
Staff constantly blocking isles with large trolley. Always seem to be in the way chatting to each other in their language yet not available at cash tills. Security man at door is so creepy. Who is paying their wages ? Seems to be many staff working there doing nothing
The service was terrible, with dirty conditions and rude staff. Additionally, we've noticed that frozen items we've purchased, such as ice cream and pizzas, have been defrosted and refrozen on multiple occasions (at least 3 or 4 times).
Hate leaving bad reviews. But you know what I’m going to say. So I’m was trying to use the evri counter because they closed the Tesco chamberlayne rd counter. The guy behind the counter says I have to print the label. Fair enough. That’s not explained well on evri site. He serves someone in the middle of our conversation after me waiting to be served. Umm, please, the conversation hasn’t finished? Now I feel like I’m interrupting someone else, but I’m not, he just moved on mid convo, not me. I go home in the pouring rain. I head back out in pouring rain, his colleagues say the evri scanner or whatever isn’t working, hasn’t been for days, point at a sign on the cigarette counter, only I’m not buying cigarettes, so why would I look there? Very, very frustrating. Had to share. Don’t head here. Needed to buy stuff, headed back to chamberlayne rd Tesco instead.
Poor choice of food, terrible bread selection, awful layout, sky high prices, what exactly does Tesco's bring to this community?
A total dump. Why have half the aisles been blocked off with stock and barriers? Looks ridiculous and has to be a fire safety hazard
I don't know why this store still claims it's open until midnight; it never is. Hasn't been for a long time. It wouldn't be a problem but for the fact that if you work late and are expecting to be able to pick up some food or supplies after 11pm, then you're out of luck. (It's a terrible store in general in terms of what little they stock as well, but not being open during their advertised hours is far worse.)
The store that close at midnight but I never saw the store open before midnight so what’s the point to plan your journey to do some last minute groceries shopping. Can someone follow up with this store and the manager to update or close the store as they said they should.
Disgusting shop terrible produce and rude staff who care too much about the Tesco CEO having his big fat bonus while they can’t pay for their heating
