I was the only one in the queue, and the shop assistant decided to serve someone behind me. I suspect discrimination because I am not local, and I walk with a stick, very slowly. Even after I protested. Absolutely disgusted. Never again.
I personally love the shop and the people working there are extremely polite and helpful. However I do have a concern for the money. It's not over priced or anything, the prices are quite affordable.I did notice though that I payed more than what it was meant to be. As the total of my purchase was £5 something, I tried to pay with my card but it didn't work so my sister payed for me instead. However, I noticed that the money went from both my account and my sisters account. So I tried to get back with the shop workers, but I didn't receive any response whatsoever.
So cheap and poor communication the guy is trying to sell me expired product and when I told him that's it's expired he got aggressive and ignoring me there and their most of the Indian onions are rotten and owner is cheap guy Personal suggestion never go to this shop or try to buy old meat ,rotten vegetables and expiry products
I would like to give them zero star. Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. I bought meat from them yesterday and it was spoiled. When I took the meat back to the shop they refused to take any responsibility and started shouting. They didn’t even listened the problem properly and refused to refund my money. I left the meat in their shop. I will never buy from them again and have also informed my relatives about the incident and they are also not buying from them in future. BE AWARE……
I bought a mango box from them 3 days before. There were 8 mangoes in the box but nearly 6 of the mangoes were damaged and not edible at all. I went to the shop back again to inform this and I showed all of the photos to the manager. He was very irresponsible and rude to me. He didn’t even let me explain properly, and he was shouting and trying to escape
Good variety of Indian snacks, meat products and Indian groceries. Staff including owners are always welcoming, cheerful and speak very respectfully. I read some previous reviews but that can happen with anyone. Well I would say 9.5 out of 10 to them.
I really like that shop, management team is super welcoming and helpful. I always get what I need, my overall shopping experience amazing.
Been here 3 times. Every time the meat quality has been rubbish. Recently got meat on Christmas eve (lamb mince & chicken thigh & wing) to make kebabs and jeera chicken. As soon as it was cooked there was a distinct, off smell of the foods. The next day the smell was even worse, didn't want to eat it. I don't think the meat is fresh.
The shopowner is really nice and helpful. Very understanding I would day. The shop is located opposite of Morden station and the prices are descent. Almost all sorts of Asian groceries are available there.
