Very good customer services. I was struggling with sending EVRI parcel the lady behind the till help me not only once twice in a week with smile. Shop also looks very tidy and clean. Thank you so much for the store team
I bought a Cornetto from this shop, but it tasted expired. It was so bad that I had to throw it in the bin. Within 5 minutes, I bought the same Cornetto from another shop. This one tasted normal. When I returned to Nisa to explain the issue, the staff did not apologise for the issue and refused to offer a refund. I am very disappointed with the customer service I received today.
Online they showed that they will close at 10 pm, but when i reached there he was closing and i requested him to plz let me in and give my parcel but they didn’t listen.. Totally rude
I use this local nisa all the time, it' is always well stocked and tidy, reason for 3 stars is when I went there this morning when they first opened, the lady was turning all the fridges on, apparently they turn them of each night, the milk that I was going to get wasn't chilled.

Brilliant shop and honest staff, I walked out and left £30 pack of tobacco behind. Went back an hour later and they had put it aside for me.
It's nice to have another Nisa store along Green Wrythe Lane,they always have some good deals going on...the staff are helpful and the shop is tidy and clean...it's a nice shop to pop into to pick up some bits and pieces...maybe things you've forgotten to pick up in the supermarket.
