Be very careful with the cash withdrawal machine. In this coop and many.others. They don't dispense your requested money and you are left thinking about whether the money has been deducted from your account or not.

Used to go in on my way to work, simply just as the others required a detour. Never particularly enjoyed the store, but yesterday (roughly 9:40am) made me actively dislike it. I went in to take a £10 note out of the machine, as I wanted change for my till at work. I then went to buy some kinder chocolate (around £1.40). I walked around the shop as was ill and looking for medicine when I noticed I was being followed. I understand that located where it is, thefts happen. And one happened just before I arrived. However, walking around with the note I intended to pay with in my hand, and yet still being followed. I understand security of stock is important, I work in a shop with high value stock and no security. However, I was not obscuring my face (a bandana to keep hair out of my eyes yes, but no hoodie, sunglasses, etc.) I felt insulted, and unwelcome, and as such will not be returning again, until commitments are made to change this.

Half the staff don’t speak any English, and the half that do seem very upset about the fact they have to speak English. The store is always a mess, floors are dirty. Feels more like a shabby south London off licence than a chain supermarket

Thakshi is Amazing! Her customer service is EXCELLENT! She is friendly, welcoming, attentive and always goes above and beyond to help, even when it’s busy! I think she is an asset to your organisation and she deserves a promotion or at the very least a pay rise because her customer service truly does make a huge difference to the customer experience (a big reason why I shop at this branch)! Sandra’s customer service is also EXCELLENT! She is charming, friendly, professional, attentive and funny! She, (just like Thakshi) really makes a difference to the customer experience and they are both excellent at their jobs and very much appreciated! I would also like to mention Lilia who was incredibly quick (aware/observant/attentive) when I needed help today and was yet to ask. She is also someone who adds to your establishment and I appreciated her due diligence also! Thank you Thakshi, Sandra and Lilia! You have a great team at Coop Earl’s Court

A man rob just in front of the cashier. All selfcheck machine cannot use. Payment machine do not accept any contactless and Monzo bank, the customer behind me cannot use as well. Cashier said everywhere is like this (rediculous). Most of the vegetables, fruits and all eggs are empty in 3 days. No any other stuff try to manage the store. Recommend to go to the Sainsbury or M&S in the area.

English supermarket. Fairly stocked. It also sells tobacco. Find a little bit of everything. Staff also available with tourists. Earls Court
