Used to be ok, with the occasional missing item. Now just downright deceitful. Collected meds a week after ordering and 5 days after receiving ready text. Weren’t ready (watched them make the order up whilst I was there) and hadn’t even bothered to order 2 of the items. Now travelling another 3 miles so I don’t have to deal with these idiots.

Ordered an emergency prescription for my daughter via 111. Went into Excel Normanton who said that they refused to give 111 emergency prescription and told me to get out and speak to drs. Yet we have called 111 who have sent emergency prescription but DJ has refused this and told me to never come back!!!! Honestly people this is the worst chemist in West Yorkshire and there is better ones available. I only went there as NHS111 said that was the only one open. NHS111 themselves have reported the chemist as they can’t understand why they have refused to even deal with emergency prescription

Absolutely brilliant service from DJ at Exel. He’s gone above and beyond sourcing medication for my husband’s Parkinson’s (turns out there’s only one manufacturer that has the combination that works for him). DJ has doggedly sourced a supplier who had this medication (over a period of about 3 weeks) and has brought some into stock too. I really can’t thank him enough.

I called in this weekend. My Husbands prescription hadn't been sent by the GPs Surgery. Excellent kindly gave him a week's supply until the script comes through. Perfect service from our regular Chemist. Thank You

Had my flu jab and Covid jab today. Really easy to book, no wait time when I arrived and the lady who administered it was lovely (sorry I can’t remember your name). Would definitely use the service again

Always got my prescription ready for me to just run in and get it. Brill pharmacists always listen but up for a laugh at the same time I'd never use any other.

Rang on Saturday to ask specifically which booster vaccinations were available and told my daughter could have a choice of Pfizer or Moderna I told them she wanted Pfizer, yes no problem they said. She went today and they wouldn’t let her have the Pfizer, had to have Moderna what was the point of the phone call.

Not sure the recommend or not. Been told 2 pieces of different information to my partner and I in getting her medication. She's supposed to be a vulnerable patient where these sort of things are sorted out but apparently that doesn't matter. Partner phone in at 11 asking for her prescription to be delivered. No prescription at all available. They advice the doctor to call my partner but don't follow with her request to all put in place the prescription Partner finally talks to the doctor at 3. Calls chemist back at 3:30. No prescription again. No delivery driver. Apparently they've phoned in sick from the time between 11-3. If that was the information provided in short no problems really. It happens. But to outright shout at someone with bipolar and autism over the phone is not okay! Multiple occurrences too. This pharmacy has become a scare phonecall for my partner to make every month because each time she gets shouted at for just trying to get her medication sorted. I don't understand the meaning of a repeat prescription anymore because apparently it doesn't repeat and you have to fight tooth an nail every time with a grumpy secretary for it to even exist
