Staff members extremely rude and unprofessional. One lady refused to help although stood around not doing anything. Slating the doctors next door saying how rude they are, extremely unprofessional service infront of service users. Doctor requested the pharmacy to ring her to discuss the prescription, refused to do this as they aren’t pharmacists? I was made to go back and forth to the doctors when a simple phone call would have resolved the issue. Won’t be using this pharmacy again. All the females that work here are extremely arrogant, unhelpful and unwelcoming - need to rethink their career choices if they don’t wish to be customer facing!

Very poor service continually. The Manager must be a non-pharmacist manager as he/she does not understand the need to give us the medicine we require. The Manager refused to order our medicine and then refused to speak to me to explain the reasons why. He/she hid behind the friendly Locum Pharmacist and the nice counter assistant Becky. After many years we have left the pharmacy and moved to Boots Chemist!

Absolutely awful. The overall experience is totally appalling. Since covid and the main pharmacist leaving its a very very very slow service, even though they have 4-6 staff in at any one time. Even though there is plenty of staff they all seem to be walking around not doing anything or being so preoccupied with one thing only. Its quite pathetic and I just want to jump behind there and manage the place. The queues are long at busy times simply because they are not efficient. They leave people standing there and the bell has been removed, and when you call them you get attitude. Rather than back office staff coming forward to help customers, they continue with what they are doing out the back. The place seriously needs a Manager who knows how to keep the service going efficiently and staff on their toes. God knows why people are still using them. There is just no excuse for it. The only good thing about the place is the pharmacist is lovely and very friendly although he loves to share his stories.

I'd give zero stars if I could. If you want the slowest pharmacy you've ever known because you go at a snails pace. Pick here. If you want a pharmacy that has a poor medication filing system where they have to pull out every box to find your prescription, again choose here. Queues a mile long. Not because there's lots of people but because the first in line has been waiting 30 to 60 minutes. Shocking. Always has been for atleast a decade. I have now swapped to a competent and quick pharmacy. Suggest you do the same

A great deal better than it was before, when the staff wouldn't even acknowledge you

AVOID!! Terrible customer service and do not work there!! They are losing a lot of customers and staff due to bad service and poor working environment. I am moving to Lo’s Pharmacy down the road so are all my family and friends. So far so good with Lo’s they are fantastic. All really friendly and would definitely recommend moving.
