Just had the pleasure of speaking too an extremely rude pharmacist. After being referred to 111 I was asked to contact this pharmacy to receive emergency medication due to loosing mine. Her response was that me loosing my medication is my predicament not hers and to contact my usual pharmacy tomorrow (I have no medication for tonight)

Closed on 2 occasions i went, when it is open the prescription either hasn't dropped down, they haven't got what you need, or they have got snotty people working there. It isn't good enough, 5 people waiting in the que today, 1 of which has been messed around for 3 weeks. This new system they have implemented where you have to tell them you require your prescription 72 hours is pathetic. I require it when my doctors surgery sends it to you. Working people don't have the time to chase you to do your job then come back 72 hours later. Get a grip! I'll be sending my prescription to another pharmacy. N here's me thinking chestnut pharmacy was bad!

Staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Their online pages fail to mention that they are closed for lunch between 12:30 and 13:00. When questioned about this, they said they are open 9:00-21:00 but close for lunch. They failed to recognise that being closed from 12:30 to 13:00 means that they in fact are not open 9:00-21:00. Edited 26/6/25 to add a photo of the NHS app opening times for clarity and supporting the above

I asked to see the pharmacist . There wasn’t anybody waiting was very quiet . Was told i would have to wait 10 minutes to be seen . I kindly mentioned what it was and would have literally taken 30 seconds to talk to me and she still replied no it will be to be 10 minutes . There was nobody there . I understand 10 isn’t a long time but the staff wasn’t doing anything. The pharmacist was stood talking I was stood not even 5 feet away This was a very important question I needed to ask as I’m struggling to see a doctor For 30 seconds to put my mind at ease wouldn’t have taken any time . I appreciate they are busy and I’m not taking that away but surely she could have taking the time to help me .
