   Been ringing now for two days, over 400 times, no one answering the phone. How ridiculously infuriating is that. Ghey are open till 2300 everyday so someone has to be there. I will be changing my pharmacy.

   Service at this pharmacy has deteriorated over the ten years I've been visiting and today I was made to feel insignificant and totally inferior by the male working. Not one of the usual pharmacists I must say but anyone behind the counter is the face of the business. The days of females made to feel inferior should be long over but when a male is served in the middle of my order and I'm told I'll have to wait until after the two men in the shop I know it's time to make a formal complaint and change to a new pharmacy. Keep well away!!

   Was great a while back but terrible now. There is a problem every month with my prescription or delivery. I have to call them 3 - 4 times every month with the same problem.

   Great chemist. They pick up prescription and I've never had a problem. Was a great chemist but twice I've needed my prescription early and they both times they've let me down. Called Thursday and they said they would sort it. Called Friday they said they would chase it up. After 2 more calls got told they would still chase it up. Kept calling from 5.30 and couldn't get through till gone 6pm to be told it's not sorted and I should have rang before 6pm. Numerous times I've been to collect my prescription for the pharmacist to be out so had to return for patches but not once have I complained. I will be changing to the new chemist over the road because now I have got to go most of next week without my important medication which includes blood pressure tablets and diabetes tablets etc.
