Nice open space friendly service and high standard products
Switched to this pharmacy from Boots in south Elmsall whose service was appalling and so far we’ve been very impressed by the service given . Shop is clean , bright and organised , they have several helpful staff and the coffee shop in it is wonderful too . They provide free delivery for prescriptions and as a full time carer this really helps me out . Great pharmacy real asset to the village
Good customer service. Always get a text message when my prescription is ready.People do have to wait because the staff are busy preparing prescriptions. Nice waiting area .people just need to be more patient as most pharmacy's are the same .
Exceservice from the lady serving in the pharmacy, she spent time with me checking my blood pressure then helped me calibrate my watch with the monitor. Noticed that the other customers before me were given good service. I am glad I changed to this pharmacy. Thank you. I'm sorry didn't get your name.
Unfortunately, I don't have a good opinion about this pharmacy. I'm standing in the queue to buy Strepsils. Two people in front of me were served. Another person came and stood behind me and we were ignored. We wait for someone to serve us, but the staff totally ignored us. The man who had served the previous customer went to the computer and ignored any eye contact. If he had to do something on the computer, he could at least apologize to us and ask us to wait a while. Me and another customer just left. Shame on such service.
