It's a pharmacy. Of course the staff are friendly and polite, IT'S THEIR JOB. Looks great. Staff look great. Products are great etc etc. What do you expect? It's a PHARMACY!
Had to take my granddaughter who had an ear infection. The pharmacist was brilliant with her and very informative. He prescribed medication with information about next steps. Extremely professional.
Absolutely appalling service, when we asked some questions the staff member was rude and unable to answer she simply didn’t know the answer but made no attempt to try and help also no stock for the harm reduction diabolical
Easy access from the car park. Friendly people. Very helpful and polite receptionist. Clean pharmacy with great staff.

Not fit for purpose - avoid if you actually want your medication Please don't discount all the other low star reviews - they are correct. Been a customer here for years, and honestly has just got worse and worse. Claim to never have recieved the prescription, even if you have the barcoded proof from your Dr's. Claim you've already collected it when you haven't. Deflect any blame back to Dr's - 'speak to them it must be an error from them' And then after you go through all this rigmarole with them and back and forth - surprise! Your prescription mysteriously appears and was there all along with a weak excuse as to why. They don't take accountability for anything, so I'm not surprised that those saying that they've complained were just told 'go somewhere else then'.
The wrong staff are being deployed in the wrong areas. The front of house always needs a polite member of staff -not rude who lacks customer service skills.
Sadly I've decided to change my pharmacy after giving Oakwood Lane Pharmacy a number of months to give them a fair chance. The people who work there are always friendly and pleasant but EVERY time I go to collect my prescription there seems to be a problem - they've not got it, it's not come in yet, it's already been given out, etc - and often I've had to go back later and ask them to check again then suddenly they do more digging and the prescription turns up. My wife and I started to make a joke about it saying that we can't send anyone else as we'll have to go anyway, but lately it's become tiresome and inconvenient. Sorry pharmacists, you need to use your systems more and communicate with each other - don't assume that the customer is wrong. No one should have to push for good customer service and no one should have to put up with repeated inconvenience. It's only because you're nice people that I gave two stars. Please try to do better.
