   didn’t have a good experience at this pharmacy. I visited to ask about an ointment, but the staff didn’t properly look at the photo or the name of the product I needed. Instead, they glanced at my outfit and spoke to me as if it was something from “back home,” saying they don’t have those kinds of things. This approach really upset me — it felt dismissive and unprofessional. It was a Friday and I was returning from Friday prayer, so perhaps they made an assumption, but that should never affect customer service. I explained that the ointment was not from another country; it was bought locally here in the UK and it’s not a steroid or prescription item. Only then did she realise I understood what I was asking for. Overall, the customer care was not acceptable and the attitude was disappointing.

   This pharmacy is appalling, I needed my medication asap. The doctor sent the prescription over and yet they failed to give me it, even though i asked multiple times ,this isn't the first time it's happened. They then lied about the date it arrived when on the prescription it said a different date. I am definitely going to be changing my pharmacy now. I would give 0 stars if I could

   Wonderful pharmacy. I was buzzing to receive my medication on time after so many mess arounds from other places. I was served by the loveliest staff member who came out from the back to serve me with the biggest smile. Highly recommend.

   Absolutely lovely staff, the young girl with the long hair went out of her way to help source my medication. The lady pharmacist is extremely professional as well as the lady on the shop floor. The shop is immaculate, would definitely be using their services again and would recommend to family and friends.

   Dr send prescription directly to the pharmacy, went in an hour later to collect and they had not received it and told me to collect it 15 mins later. Turned up 15 mins later and then waited a further 20 minutes for the medication, someone who arrived after me got their meds and left whilst i waited. Useless and under trained staff, pharmacist walks around avoiding work. AVOID
