The security guard working the 11pm shift on 16/10 was incredibly responsible and friendly. There was a situation where a homeless person tried to take some juice, and he handled it so professionally, he managed to get it back calmly and respectfully, without causing a scene. He was kind and polite to everyone else as well.
Very arrogant é costumer service provided by the staff on duty ..I went to buy just a bakery product ad I was told to go to the check ou by the lady and I asked her tia pay in the till then she made me wait 10 minutes to process the 2£ payment. What happened to London to get to this point ? Shame on Tesco!
I had an absolutely TERRIBLE and humiliating experience today. I walk in to buy salt, it was too expensive so I go to leave... the security guard, who literally stands in one spot all day long, then confronts me to ask if I have bought anything, in front of 3 police officers who are walking in... who then ask the security guard if he needs any support! It made me feel like crap, for sure I'll never return, and Tesco, please replace this security guard!!

Such a convenient shop. I go there every Monday to do my weekly shopping and to fuel up my car, and I am always kindly greeted by the staff, especially Jesuthas who, works at the till. He is always friendly and is very fast at doing his work, which gives no time to waste. Jesuthas is one of the best staff I have ever seen. If you are going to go here , you should definitely meet Jesuthas and the staff he works with. Very friendly and convenient. Highly recommend.
The worst shopping experience I've ever had. The security person there should be fired. He was on duty Saturday 11 December. I was harassed, had to nearly repay for my shopping because the lady at the checkout forgot to deactivate the security tag. Terrible shop. Incompetent staff. Aggressive security.
