   Do not use this chemist i phone up chemist I'm new there and have mobity issues some times not always in they have your medication delivered which is good but you don't know what days they coming out because they don't tell you all I get they carnt do that so how we suppose be at home if we do not know that's waisting drivers time if where not you ask. Them not to delivery they deliver

   I moved to this pharmacy a few months ago following issues I was experiencing in getting my prescription filled at two other pharmacies. The service I have received from the team at East Leeds Pharmacy has been amazing. The staff have gone above and beyond in their efforts to source my medication. In dealings with them, they have been friendly, compassionate, and professional throughout. I cannot thank them enough for all of the help they have provided.

   Worst pharmacy in my area by far. Always have to order in any prescription medication I need. Staff all seem very unbothered, no rush to serve anyone as they’re too busy talking about the in house politics of their workplace. Do better

   Rang them today about my medication whitch was due yeataday they said they didnt have chance to bring it they brought my frends wich she lives over the road from me wich i find laughable they are usesles

   Always takes too long to get my medication and today when I went to collect the rest of my medication they owed me, the man had me waiting 25 minutes and then told me he can't find it. Also I have to take supervised medicine on a daily basis and the staff know me very well, Zack and the two ladies are very nice people, polite and well mannered, the other day when I was very unwell with flu like symptoms I asked if I could go home as I may have Covid, the lady was very nice about it but the man that organised my medication was very rude and unhelpful, he made me stay to take it even though they have let me go home with it several times in the past. I don't recommend this pharmacy to be honest but there are some nice people there as I said above.

   Been using these for few years now very friendly staff all know me by name and treat me with utmost respect I collect sum times from the Lloyd's pharmacy for my gf around the corner and there absolutely useless they take ages to sort your prescription I am Talkin my gf round into changing to east Leeds pharmacy as there the best in the are by far
