This shop is the best in the neighborhood. The owner and staff are very kind and helpful. Wonderful selection of snacks and beverages. Will definitely be back.
Really bad customer service. Very pushy and very rude staff, and it's always a nightmare to drop off a parcel there - I've now switched to a different store even though it's three times further away from me, that's how unpleasant the customer service has been.
One of the Rubish staff and please don’t drop your parcels here for ups and Royal Mail if you drop your parcel 99.9% chances will be your parcel will be delayed for sure. Also staff is rude local government should check the behaviour of the staff I mean it.
Rubbish, went to send off a parcel and they said "Oh, the machine is broken". Not even worthy of one star to be honest. Never send off your parcels here.
Bad service. one parcel I dropped off there was "lost" and I never been able to get it refunded because this shop messed it up. Now when you try to go there for the UPS, the machine is always "broken"...
Horrible staff, I wanted to return a package and they were extremely disrespectful, condescending and completely unhelpful from the start before I even had a chance to talk. Avoid this place at all costs if you don’t want your day to get ruined and if you actually want your package to be returned.
Useless. Apparently open 24 hours. Wanted to drop UPS parcel they said we are closing and my UPS machine is not working anyway. Waste of time. Filthy shop, rude employees
I went there this morning and was served by a young girl who scanned my 2pt bottle of milk. It came up on the till as costing £1. She then manually added a further 49p onto the till charging me £1.49. I only realised this upon leaving the store by which time I couldn’t go back. It was a non-itemised debit card till receipt. Blatant dishonesty and actually theft. I will never be going back and have alerted my friends of this practice. Awful, awful, awful shop. If I could give MINUS stars, I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS…..
This location USED to be great. I would come here all the time to pick up and drop packages. Now though the shop shows up as a location to return Amazon packages, they refuse you once you get there. This has been going on for over a month. I cannot understand why they cannot sort this issue with Amazon. Recently, I had issues with them accepting other courier services as well. It hits a nerve when the young lady behind the counter can barely look up from her cellphone while dismissing you to carry your packages all the way back home. This shop really needs to regroup and revaluate their customer service and the services they offer.
Operating hours not certain. They were not open on a weekday despite what it says on Google and DHL site, my delievery (of food item) couldn’t get delivered. No explanation or notice whatsoever.
