   Was customer with them for years, today i did a deliveroo order and most of the items I received was yellow sticker. First of all im paying higher than market price because im ordering online and you giving me discounted items??? second, why would I order an item that expires the same day? you just lost a regular customer.

   I had an unpleasant visit due to both rude customers and unhelpful staff. I was pushed by a female customer using her basket, standing at the fridge, and the staff showed little interest or concern when informed. I spoke to the security man and he refused. to do anything. He showed no courtesty or customer service. Assistant manager was present on the shop floor but didn't seem interested and my experience certainly aligns with previous reviews. Not the level of service I would expect from a Sainsbury's store.

   Hi I have big complaint about this lady her name is FAITH.she is as assistant manager of this store.she is very rude and lot of stress. Last week I had three items I paid with receipt.on the way out she approached me and asked me by the rude have you paid .after 6 year as a regular customer I was shocked. Today is happened to me again when I was paying my item she was keep looking me which am I paying or not .i had argued with her.she told me by the rude go outside. I am really sorry for this store and store manager he supported this lady and slander me as a steal from this store. I never ever go to this store.

   Have to come out my day to write this review to let everyone know not to come to this store. Last week I had visited this store I have been coming for years I then approached this African lady to ask for some help about an item she was so rude. I have never met someone so rude. My cousin who is also a delivery driver also collects delviroo from this store even he has told me how rude off a women this lady is. Any time he goes to collect orders she is always extremely Rude and speak to the drivers with no respect whatsoever. PLEASE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE !!!!

   After visiting purley high street sainsburys at 4:20 to get a coffee after paying for the service on the way out I was then approached by African lady she's a manager there who was incredibly rude and tried to tell me that I haven't paid because I look like a bad people absolutely shocking and for her to try to accuse me of not paying was completely rude and disrespectful. The total time was over 10 minutes arguing with her . They realized that they had a misunderstanding she didn’t even apology .for the foreseeable future i advise other people to know that she's rude and disrespectful.

   Good store and stock levels this time and looked cleaner. Only let down was grumpy person on the till he didn't say hello or goodbye tonight. He scanned and slammed products on till counter I was paying for not the best experience considering my deliveroo order from here was not delivered at all or refunded.

   Your store employee CHANDRA is in a very unpleasant and always spoiling mood. I can’t appreciate her whole job, but she can’t communicate with clients. It’s always very unpleasant, reproachful because I check my scratch cards. I always have to hear that checking is not her job. I spend a lot of money in your store buying scratch card and I would like to check them later without reproach.

   I went to my local sainsburys to collect an argos item. I've never collected a delivery from there before so I wasn't sure what the procedure would be. The till queue was quite long being 1pm on a Monday so I asked a man called Joel what I needed to do. He was very polite and friendly and said he will assist me. Even though he was very busy he took the time to take my details and collected my item. I only had to wait a few minutes. Thank you Joel you made my day.
