   Decent shop, has everything you need and it is well Stocked. There is a security guard so there will be a sense of security in the store. They have a good meal deal selection, fresh bakery section, and sufficient self service checkouts. The also have a section for gift chocolate boxes. No parking available.

   The manager currently here is incredible. He's turned this whole shop around for the better one hundred percent. He goes out of his way to help and however he's training the staff is something the whole franchise should take from. Absolutely brilliant. Cannot rate highly enough.

   Manager and staff do not follow sainsbury policy. I know people who work in other sainsburys who tell me this local shop has poor customer service. Had to tell them I could return an unopened sealed tobacco product as per my consumer rights. They did the refund but it never showed up in the bank. They told me I was getting a special one off return because I was being difficult. They just don’t respect consumer rights, could have easily given me the return immediately without the hassle. One of the customer service girls also was on her phone the whole time. She was nice, but as someone who worked in customer service for many years phones in front of customer was a large no. Maybe different at sainsburys, but it set apart the whole being with the customer part.

   Really small choice of products. Very limited. Hardly anything. Staff were pleasant. Very much a local branch if you need basics. This is not my regular branch. I only came as I was in the area and this was the nearest supermarket!

   Very clean store. I am happy with their full stock on shelves, daily promotions and normal opening hours. The only issues are with bananas which are always green when I want to buy. Considering the small capacity if the store, the vegan & gluten-free section is clear and visible to be found.

   A good place to shop quickly for basic essentials as the store doesn't stock a large variety of food or toiletry items. There is free parking behind the store which is easily accessible, and there are several bus routes which stop outside the store. This branch used to stock more of a variety of goods, but seems to have gone down hill recently. Good for a quick shop, but not for a big shop as there is limited choice.
