   Used this pharmacy from when they had an actual shop and they were generally very good. After going online, they did deliver medicines promptly and efficently, but recent experience not so good. Ordered prescription - Tues. 16.7.24. No response. Rang no. Thurs 18th and again Fri 19th. Told delivery driver had delivered it on Thurs. He'd left it in a secure place but no message to me to say that'd been done, so I didn't know this until I rang the pharmacy on Fri. Delivery driver had left note to this effect in their diary, but no-one thought to inform the customer!! Need to get this sorted for next time please.

   Such a poor experience at this pharmacy. Works behind shutters which have seem to have been in place since covid. Pharmacist shouts from back of shop t ask you what you want. Door opening and closing behind you means you can't hear him, no disability access. Rarely has any stock or anything you need. Poor on many levels

   Clearly states 9am opening. I was there at 8.55am due to having somewhere to go for 9.15am. Shop assistant arrived after 9.10am with no apology. I asked if she was always late opening to be told it all depends on the school run and still no apology. Half the time they don't have everything you want and end up with more than one trip. Will be changing where I pick up.

   This place never has anything in stock, always has problems with card payments and takes ages to provide you with stuff you need (if a miracle happens and they actually have it). Not sure what's the point of it being there..
