This definitely has to be the worst pharmacy out there! Waiting for your prescription here is like waiting for death to come knock on your door!!! The wait is an absolute joke! Staff are lifeless and have a “cba” attitude!
Every time I come in here I end up waiting for 10-15 minutes. The staff are so ignorant and don’t care that there’s always a huge queue and they stand behind the counter chatting, oblivious. I’m changing to another chemist.
Please be aware that online system ia not working properly and its bookinh for antigen tests even that the pharmecy doesnt have them. Highly disappointed from the lloyds pharmacy, save your time and nerves to go somewhere else
Not entirely sure why they advertise opening times and closing times, I can't recall how many times I have arrived on opening time and they aren't open. Testing times over the last four months and I do my best to make allowances without complaint or unreasonable expectation, but even when I enquired in this pharmacy as to how I could move to the other pharmacy I was met with less a less than professional response. Pharmacies should have individuals who visits these place incognito to see just whats going on.
Ok if don't mind waiting as it is very busy being the go to chemist for both the GP practices here. But it does close early and is not open weekends. The pharmacy just across the road is better, staying open till 10pm and open weekends. So there's that...
Absolutely useless. Staff very uninformative. Too busy standing around gossiping. A ridiculously long time to wait for a prescription. Told by other members of the public that they always get things wrong in that branch and I saw for myself too. I said to them that I had been waiting ages and that other people who were submitting their prescriptions after me were receiving their medication before me and what do you know, my prescription suddenly appeared. An absolute joke, was appalled, will not step foot in their again.
