DO NOT book to have your vaccinations here. I was due to have my annual COVID jab today but got turned away because it appears I was the only booking and they "didn't want to waste the vaccine". Staff were totally unreasonable about it even though I had an appointment booked.
I was extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of the staff. The way they spoke to the patient was shocking and unacceptable. I strongly urge management to address this matter to ensure that patients are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve.
Used this pharmacy for a while now and it's gradually got worse and worse, especially since Fatimah left. One member of staff is very rude with most customers and often tells you they don't have time to do your script so you have to go back the following day leaving you without medication. Will no longer be using this pharmacy whilst she is working there.
Amazing customer service by the team. Always friendly and happy whenever I’m in. Recently had my flu and covid jab by Shaz and couldn’t ask for a better lad to administer it. Didn’t feel a thing compared to others previously and always happy and smiley and engaged with me especially kept checking I was ok as I was scared of needles but he made me feel at ease. Both times I was in he made sure customer service was on point and checked if I needed anything. After my jab I had a query for my meds which he promptly resolved straight away in front of me and I was on my way satisfied. If anyone needs any vaccinations Shaz is your guy you wouldn’t feel a thing.
!!! Avoid at all costs. I never ever write reviews on Google. The chemist left my elderly grandmother without her monthly prescription. This is life saving medication she takes 17 tablets a day and you’ve left her without till Monday morning. 48 hours without tables she so desperately needs. How the hell hasn’t it ‘gone through’ on the system when it’s a god dam monthly prescription!! How the hell can you get away with this. Please don’t go here please find another doctors they is loads in LS9 and surrounding areas. I am in disbelief. Why do professionals not look after the vulnerable better!!!
Really great service even when it's busy the staff are patient and helpful. They remember customer names (who are regulars/have repeat prescriptions)
Staff very helpful when you need help with anything some times medication can be late as they are rushed of there feet sometimes overhaul good service

Absolutely disgusting service. They made me wait 50 minutes for medicine. I could have gone somewhere else. My son his u der 10 was freezing for so long. Don't go there no more
Very friendly and helpful staff at this pharmacy. The pharmacist Fatima is very knowledgeable and answers any medication queries I have happily and nothing is ever too much. She has a great rapport with other patients and it’s really nice to see. I recommend this pharmacy. Keep up the great work all of you.
