   Be alert They have trained to scan fast to clear the queue. But need have customers engagement on 23.11.25 at 13.27 the lady in the till served me and scan the fresh cut mint twice, .52p extra. Like this happened few times earlier but this time I need to point out and alert everyone. .(52p is lot to me) The main thing is the way she scan just saying in mute mode that get out soon I need to get the money from the next customer. Horrendous customer service, even I was ready to pay the lady checking her phone, the customer looking one next to me also not happy about her action. Even though I was still at the till but she started to scan the next customer, this is the common in every time in lidl. Let the customer clear the till , why you guys rushing too much. It never happens in other supermarket. Please kindly improve the customer service. Give the best experience to the customers. Keep my 52p. Than you!

   Visited this store last Tuesday Nov 4 in the morning. Parked in the car park, bought some groceries and then had to take a long call so was in the car park for a while longer. Received a £90 parking charge this morning for supporting Lidl. If I had seen a big sign warning me I would have taken notice, but if it's there it's too discreet. Not cool, taking advantage of customers. If that's how Lidl make money, then my suggestion, stay away.

   I am extremely disappointed with the potatoes purchased from the Lidl in Wellington. After testing, I found that the nitrite levels were above the permitted limit, which is unacceptable and unsafe for human consumption. This is highly concerning and non-compliant with safety standards. I have also discussed this issue with the store management, but the response was unsatisfactory. I hope they take immediate action to address this serious health risk.

   Good stock and quick checkout. Watch the parking, no longer need your number plate at checkout, but according to the security guy I spoke to there is a 90 minute time out when you will get a fine. However, there are no signs saying that anywhere in the car park or the store!

   Great value and prices. Queues can be long for checkouts. Best to go either early morning and late evening. Good range of products in stock and always really good discounts and deals as well.
