   I went there for the first time yesterday and it's a super shop. The meadow sourdough is absolutely wonderful. The only thing I would mention is that it felt as if we were being followed and watched the whole time. I accept that shoplifting is rife but the feel of the place was very mistrustful of everyone which is a shame.

   am writing to express my serious concern and disappointment after an upsetting incident that took place at your store on the evening of July 31, 2025. I made two separate purchases that evening I one at 9:23 PM for £0.79, and another at 9:56 PM for £16.46. While paying during my second visit, I took out a small gift item that had been previously bought for me by my sister from your store. Shockingly, a staff member accused me and my sister of stealing. My sister was wrongly accused of taking a water bottle, and I was accused of stealing the item that was a gift she had purchased for me earlier. These accusations were completely false, deeply offensive, and very embarrassing. We were treated with suspicion despite being paying customers with proof of purchase. My father, who was with us, was also extremely upset and angered by the way we were treated. This experience left us feeling disrespected and humiliated. I request that this matter be taken seriously and investigated properly. I also strongly urge that your staff be trained on how to approach such situations with professionalism, respect, and proper evidence not assumptions.

   Very lovely little store that has very helpful staff. The deli is great with hot food, we had the sausage rolls and they were very tasty and full of flavour. We also tried the quick grab range, which we chose a sandwich and it was top notch. The drink selection has a wide range and excellent prices.

   A co-op that’s mutton dressed as lamb combined with an Oxford street style American candy store. The staff members were friendly but the queues were excessive and there’s no self checkouts! Prices are outrageous and there’a nothing amazing in here, hardly any staples to be honest. It’s better than having no shop at all but I would avoid it. And an important side note, the apples aren’t vegan as they have shellac wax on them.

   Overpriced for what it is but you do get a much wider range and choice than your average supermarket. Looked very nicely and newly done up so felt much more upmarket too. Expensive though, felt like it was modelled on Whole Foods. Nice for a treat but wouldn't recommend for a weekly shop.
