   Arrived specifically to collect my Evri parcels. When I was asked by the cashier what parcel service had been used and answered, "Evri", he told me that "the system had already been shut down." Their shop closed at 11pm. I arrived at 10.52pm. 1. When do they "shut down the Evri system"? 2. How long does it take to "reboot the Evri system?" 3. Wny is this not publicised on their website and their shop front? I will contact Evri and make a complaint about this Londis store. If staff can't be bothered to do their jobs, they should stop using this Londis as an outlet. Is this the way to treat customers?

   Not my nearest local shop but I had a pleasure of do a little shopping there yesterday. I bought cat litter, food and treats plus some candles and cigarettes. As an ADHD person I do forget things.., this time I left cigarettes on the counter without realizing it.. until today when my partner asked for them. Anyway, I went back to the shop hoping I left them and YES, last night shop staff told morning staff that someone have left fags behind and they were waiting for me to come back. It absolutely made my day and restored my believe in humanity.. Living the shop today I had a little cry because it really meant a lot to me today... THANK YOU!

   Please avoid this shop and spend your money elsewhere (preferably at the Tesco down the road). The staff are seriously rude and on two occasions I've used the Hermes printer and only after printing the labels been told that their scanner is "out of service". The first time it happened I turned up the next day and their scanner was magically working again. Today I printed 5 labels in the shop and I'd been standing there for nearly 15 minutes and it was just me and two workers and only when I went to the till after printing all my labels did they tell me that their scanner wasn't working. But they also said to come in tomorrow morning. It's obvious that the scanner was not faulty and they were just being lazy, especially since I was the only customer in the shop.

   Great shop and friendly staff . I was looking for a nice wine to gift someone and was amazed to find they had a great collection of them. Raj one of the staff took the time to find out what I needed and what my preferences were, and then he walked me through the different wines and promotions they had. He then hand-picked couple of Wines, and even helped to gift pack them. Great service . I will definitely use this Great local shop in the future too.
