   This is first time in the Oree mart. The hospitality at this restaurant was exceptional from start to finish. The staff Jewel greeted me warmly upon arrival and remained attentive throughout the meal without ever feeling intrusive. Staff was knowledgeable about the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and checked in at the perfect moments to ensure we had everything that I needed. Every interaction felt genuine and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere that elevated the entire dining experience.    I have always enjoyed my experiences shopping in Oree Mart since it has opened as a local customer. There are always new snacks to try and they are affordably priced. Today’s visit was especially lovely and I have to credit that to Jewel. Her customer service was exceptional to not only me but all customers in the vicinity from what I observed. She made it known multiple times to everybody that she was available to help at all times. She was very cool, calm and collected and had everything under control behind the till. She initiated conversations during purchasing and demonstrated genuine interest in what the customers were saying. This specific visit prompted me to write a review. I left the store in a very good mood and made a great decision with my purchases as the grape flavoured snacks were delicious.

   After seeing Oree Mart all over my socials for months, I had to check it out and I was not disappointed! The store is a lot smaller than I thought, but the amount of choices is still amazing (I ended up picking up way more than I thought I would) and the staff are absolutely lovely. I will be back!

   Me and my friend came all the way from The Netherlands to London. One thing we had to visit before leaving was Oree Mart. The owner has given me much inspiration and motivation to start my own business, I just had to thank her in person. Upon arriving in the store, the owner noticed us and immediately greeted us. I stepped up to the owner and told her my story. We had an amazing conversation! When we wanted to pay, the owner gave us three Bubble Tea's on the house. She was just as kind as she was on social media and we will definitely visit Oree Mart again! I recommend anyone, who's nearby, to visit this store for amazing, delicious and affordable bubble tea's and more! Thank you for having us Amber-Rose!    The customer service provided was actually amazing. Greeted with a smile on entry and felt welcome and warm with the greeting. There was also so much selection for grabs with noodles, pho, bubble tea and even some snacks that were amazing. So, I appreciate you guys and keep up the amazing work, will definitely be back soon!
