Do not buy drinks from this shop, I found drinks in the broken fridge that are out of date going back to 2024 and whenni highlighted this to them they said they know and put them back in the fridge that does not work.
They have 'everything' - it will take weeks and weeks to go through this shop, it's absolutely a great place to ' Stand and Stare', like the poem

The customer services in this shop is absolutely appauling. I brought a scooter for my son that was falsely advertised to work in a certain way. We went away and came back 4 days after purchasing to return and ask for a refund. The manager and his employer both refused to give a refund, exchange or a credit note. As a customer under the consumers rights act 2015 you have right to return within 28 days, and the manager directly went against this and still refused this right. We will not be returning to this shop as the managerial organisation and customer services is more than below standard. The customer rights are supposed to be prioritised and resolved, yet the manager lacks the fundamentals of how to run a successful business and attend the needs and rights of his customers.

I think they guy has done very good job because some people they just buy fan for a week when it get warm and when weather get normal what they do with fan let.me tell you, because I worked for argos, they just damage fan wire or cut some inside wire and bring it back to shopkeeper it's not working we want money back this is not fair .
This guy sold me a fan that didn't work for an overcharged price of £30.00. When I returned it with a receipt he then said he would exchange. I told him I wanted a refund. He said he would only exchange it and not refund. Me and another customer then had to explain that a customer has the right to refund a faulty item within 28 days. He then checked the entire fan before caving in and refunding me in cash. He was extremely hesitant and rude. Atrocious customer service and complete ignorance of law. Clearly he was only interested in swindling. I will be boycotting his store and shop somewhere that has more integrity.
