   Linda the cashier is an absolute disgrace. She is disrespectful, rude and an embarrassment to herself as well as the franchise! When asked by me to please hurry up and serve the couple that she knows, whilst talking she got upset and stopped working and told me that she will not serve me. Then she said better still she will talk and not work or close the line. She ended up calling me something that is not to be repeated on here and then threw my food down after cashing it through, so we ended up back and forth and she made us all wait for 15 minutes before she served us, by deliberately moving slow as she said she would. She said atrocious things to me then when i replied she acted like she couldn't hear and used the fact that she wears hearing aids to say that she couldn't hear me. Customers were flabbergasted and some walked off, some stayed, but all commented on her rudeness and deliberate slowness. I reported her to Ciara (the Manager) but she needs sacking, no way should she conduct herself like that at work!

   Excellent car parking accessibility friendly for everyone good selection of produce another store which operates a loyalty card two tier pricing seems everywhere we go these days is the same I personally find that exasperating. The staff are always very polite and helpful we got what we needed our cats like their cat biscuits so I stock up for a month at a time. There are also huge industrial washing machines and dryers in their car park for those who need to use them you could do your washing whilst doing a quick shop here - keep an eye on the timings so as not to cause a problem for other customers wishing to use the laundry facilities. There is an outdoor gardening plants area too in the car park by the entrance worth a look around.

   Came to this store and sadly there was hardly any fruit or vegetables maybe because it was 7pm. Other than that they had what I needed. Self service tills available along with a salad bar bakery section and small restaurant. The car park is very large.

   Every time a nightmare, you have to look closely at the prices and description of the products on the labels. There is always something wrong, prices, description, product itself... Unfortunately, all against everything that I have learnt that applies in retail. Last 2 times I have shopped there out of 10 products at least 5 had higher prices at the till. Asked for the reasons behind this situation, I was told that the overnight shift is to blame and offered a £5 voucher ( I have to mention that the overpricing was way higher than £5 at the till ). Today, 28/12/2022 they had yellow tags on items ( discount tags ) with the full price of £5 cut off and a reduced price of £5, £4.33 cut off full price and £4.33 reduced price. I would call this a massive scam and I would advise all Morrisons shoppers to check their receipts.

   Staff here are always friendly and helpful. Store always seems well stocked with what we are looking for. This time the whole store was very cold. Staff were well wrapped up even on the tills. Entrance lobby was warmer with outside air coming in.
