   I visited this shop for the first time and was initially very impressed by the cleanliness and how well-organized everything was—each aisle was neatly labelled, which made shopping easy and pleasant. However, that positive experience quickly changed at the checkout. The staff member at the counter was extremely rude and even shouted at my husband. He served us with a grumpy, unfriendly attitude, which made us feel very uncomfortable. This kind of behaviour from staff is completely unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. Because of this unpleasant encounter, I will not be returning to this store.

   Good wholesaler come retailer. We went for retail items and found some retail products are quite good in pricing. They also have multi pack items. Price us reasonable overall.

   AVOID THIS SHOP... One of the Indian workers that doesn't speak English was very rude and unprofessional, Made my son cry after telling him off for touching a plastic plate without apologising. I was in a calm mood, hence I didn't speak much, but returned what I already bought. You're better off going to the other shops towards west Croydon or the big supermarkets.

   I enjoy shopping @ spicy foods, as they carry such a variety of ingredients that we use in our cooking. The staff a very helpful and friendly. I have been a customer for over 35 years in this establishment.

   Spicy Foods offers a good selection of produce at reasonable prices. The range of goods such as drinks, pickles, sauces, disposable plates/cutlery, frozen foods, whole spices, ground spices, rice, flours and oil is very good. There is a constant stream of customers going through the shop, so it does seem quite popular. On site free parking is available which is convenient.
