DO NOT USE THIS SHOP: Tried to steal my high value Evri parcel by scanning it and telling me it was done - no email confirmation received so I went back in and challenged it to which I was shouted at and told to leave. Made the owner show me the scanner and he had not put it through. Disgraceful service.

Went to return Amazon parcel via Evri. The shop keeper kept me waiting the till in an empty shop as he was filling shelves. When could be bothered to come over was rude and extremely unhelpful. Refused package item in order to complete return as instructed by label machine then resorted to "no understand" and started shouting. Customer service needs working on I think. Won't be going back there anytime soon.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! I visited this store to collect my parcel and I was greeted with nothing but rudeness from the start. I’m not sure if this is a new shop keeper as I haven’t seen him in this shop before but he immediately began to shout at me and told me my parcel wasn’t there although I received confirmation that it was. My husband went in less than an hour later and guess what the parcel was there smh. I won’t be returning, there are so many other local shops in the area that offer click and collect who actually have manners.

Tucked away on the corner of the street, this corner shop falls short of expectations, offering a disappointing shopping experience plagued by rude staff and perpetual stock shortages. Despite its convenient location, stepping into this establishment feels like entering a realm of frustration rather than a haven of convenience. First and foremost, the glaring issue with this corner shop lies in its consistently rude and unhelpful staff. Whether you're asking for assistance locating an item or simply trying to complete your purchase, the demeanor of the employees is consistently dismissive and abrasive. Instead of welcoming customers with a smile and a willingness to assist, interactions are met with sighs, eye rolls, and curt responses. This pervasive attitude creates an unwelcoming atmosphere that leaves patrons feeling undervalued and unappreciated. Furthermore, the chronic lack of stock is a significant drawback of this corner shop. Despite its promise to be a one-stop destination for everyday essentials, shelves are frequently understocked or completely empty. Basic items such as bread, milk, and fresh produce are often unavailable, leaving customers scrambling to find alternatives or making additional trips to other stores. This lack of inventory not only inconveniences shoppers but also erodes trust in the reliability of the establishment. Moreover, the overall organization and cleanliness of the shop leave much to be desired. Cluttered aisles, disorganized displays, and unkempt surroundings contribute to a chaotic shopping environment that adds to the frustration of navigating the store. With items haphazardly strewn about and no clear signage to guide customers, finding specific products becomes a daunting task. Additionally, the lack of cleanliness further detracts from the appeal of the shop, with dusty shelves and grimy floors casting doubt on the freshness and quality of the available merchandise. In addition to its operational shortcomings, this corner shop also fails to prioritize customer satisfaction. Despite repeated complaints and feedback from patrons regarding the rudeness of the staff and the inadequacy of the stock, there is little to no effort made to address these issues. Instead of taking proactive steps to improve the shopping experience, the management appears indifferent to the concerns of its customers, perpetuating a cycle of dissatisfaction and disillusionment. Overall, this corner shop falls short of meeting the expectations of discerning shoppers, offering a subpar experience characterized by rude staff, chronic stock shortages, and a lack of cleanliness. With its disregard for customer satisfaction and failure to address operational deficiencies, it fails to fulfill its promise of convenience and reliability. As a result, discerning patrons are advised to seek alternative shopping destinations that prioritize excellence in both service and selection.

Horrible people. The young man in there has severe mental health issues and seems to terrorise his wife who looks utterly scared of him. AVOID. Also, they rip people off with price discrepancies - DO NOT GO THERE.

Come here once a week with the kids, always had great service and there is a good selection of things here. The other good thing is that, unlike most small shops, there is a good space at the entrance of the shop so that those with push chairs and families can stand in the shop without it feeling over crowded.

Nice little local shop, with a good selection of confectionery, drinks and snacks. They are a Hermes collection point as well.

Cleanliness is appalling and the owners were very rude to me. I simply asked if they had a cloth to wipe the Hermes drop off computer screen and they said that it was my job to clean it if I wanted to use it. Looked like someone had food or something on their fingers before using it but they weren't bothered even with this virus going around. Will not be using this place again.
