   The woman at the tills was rude and ill-mannered , she had taken money from me twice despite me telling her it had already authorized once she adamantly shook her head and told me to tap my card again rudely. Have no idea about this until I got the notification that she did overcharge me.

   I won’t be shopping here anymore. Rude woman on the tills doesn’t even acknowledge customers or greet them. This place has always been unwelcoming but it was bearable but now it’s gotten worse. I won’t be shopping here anymore even as a last resort. Disgusting service and ps fix your fridges they have been broken for months, if customers are not your priority then at least prioritise your appliances. GOOD DAY.

   As a trained chef here is a list of stuff that is far superior in quality than any supermarket Mince beef and lamb, olives Greek yogurt frozen shell on prawns Turkish bread (the flat square one) saffron let alone the great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. I can only thank M&S for the free parking.

   I love this shop, I shop quite often here. Staff polite and kind. Well stocked with wide selection of fresh fruits,veggies and meats. They have nice turkish breads. Good selection of frozen goods and shelves items. A local gem for those who lives nearby.

   Worst customer experience. We bought a 10kg bag of rice it had a bad odour while cooking and shockingly yhevrice didn't cook after an hour of cooking. We soon called them and informed. We had just used 100 grams out of 10 kh bag. In call they said they will exchange but in the store they didn't do it. They were rude. We gave the bag to them with no replacement or refund.

   Great selection of ambient, dried and tinned world food that you cannot get anywhere else in the area. It’s a go-to place if you need to buy spices or specialty ingredients that non of the supermarkets will stock. They also have a meat and deli counter as well as fresh fruit and veg available. Definitely worth a visit if you’re a keen cook and don’t like bland food.

   Loads of nice and interesting foods squeezed in to cramped shop - if it's busy it's a pain but if there aren't too many people in there it's great for getting different produce to the normal supermarkets and the meat and baked produce are very good. One of the shops where you go in for one thing and come out with ten things you didn't plan to get but couldn't resist. Knocked off one star due to the cramped layout - maybe one day they can expand.
