Booked a private flu vaccination and all went well. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. Would recommend to others.
Nice small chemist only problem i have sometimes they close in afternoon always best to call ahead beforehand

Appointment was on time. Filled out the paperwork required. Was taken into private room. Flu jab administered. Blood pressure was taken if you wanted at the same time. (Gps are asking for blood pressure test) Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Pharmacist was lovely.
Phone lines always busy or they leave it ringing used to be such a good pharmacy now it's shocking they also close 12-1 but it doesn't say this anywhere online and only on the door when u arrive half of staff don't seem like they can be bothered to be there and the others that do and are lovely are so stressed and over worked because they are doing the other staffs load aswell to make sure it's done some of staff at this place need sacking or retraining or maybe should look for a position where they don't deal with people because they have no customer service skills what so ever
After contacting numerous chemists to try and get my HRT prescription with no joy, Cohens at park edge got me my prescription. The staff are professional and very friendly, will be using this chemist in the near future Regards Bev

I can understand the frustration of the person below complaining of the weekdays only opening times, although that doesn't affect me at the moment as I'm working from home for the duration of the covid situation. It is certainly an ongoing annoyance for people working away from the area, though. Another minor annoyance is stock control. Every time I collect my prescriptions, there always seems to be an item that is out of stock and I am asked to come back another day for it. It can't be that difficult to plan ahead, especially for customers who have the same prescriptions on a regular basis.
Closed at weekends so super inconvenient for collecting prescriptions if you work Monday to Friday. What is this, the 1940s?
Unenthusiastic, unhelpful Pharmacist! I asked for other alternative medicines for hay fever that I hadn't already tried. Pharmacist couldn't of been less interested if he tried. I asked basic questions he never knew the answer to. I felt as though I was a huge inconvenience! Avoid avoid avoid.
