   Definitely would not return to use any services. Had to use the EVRI machine and was told NOT TO TEAR OFF THE LABEL BUT PEEL IT??? Assistant was shouting because the machine was previously broken. Rude and unprofessional. I'd rather send my items by pigeon than return.

   Absolutely ridiculous- have been coming here for the past 2 years and I’m shocked how they are even open. Level of customer service- absolute 0. Always rude- both the older people and younger working there. Convenient for the parcel return but even that’s shocking and too much to ask to do properly. Doing great in alienating locals! If you can, walk to another shop and leave your money there!! At least they would appreciate it more.

   This shop has the worst level of customer service and I refuse to ever step foot in there again! Items are over priced and they will rip of poor young children. The owner says " I have been having shop for over 20 years, what customer service, I don't care for customer service."

   Worst shop for your evri deliveries. They have truly bad customer service and this is not just a review based on 1 visit but several and every time the service is so bad. I’ve had a parcel delivered there and received an email to say the parcel is there. The man told me to go look in the yellow (or was it blue) bag for my self - frankly this is so bad as anyone can pick up anyone’s parcel !) but I spent ages looking over and over again and it was not there. The man insisted that if it was not there then he doesn’t have it. He told me to call the delivery company but I insisted saying if I have an email saying it’s here then truly it is here! I asked him several times to help me but he just didn’t care. After a while he gave in and searched around him in the till area and lo and behold it was there! He rudely put it on the till, scanned and gave it to me. This is just one example of several encounters of terrible service. Often on weekends they insist they won’t take parcels. The way they receive parcels when they do accept is just so rude. I will be complaining to Evri too about them.

   Worse corner shop ever. Local one as well. They over charge and are rife to their customers. Hate going there. Oh yes and they try get away with selling customers out of date products.
