I stepped inside for a few minutes to stay out of the cold while waiting for my bus, and the staff spoke to me in a very rude and unnecessary way. This is not how you treat people. Very disappointing experience.

I received excellent customer service last night at this store. I'm new to the area and had some issues whit ups package, a service I've never used before. The man in charge of the shop went out of his way to help me. Much appreciated and I think I will visit this store more often.
Friendly people, nice clean shop, but I was only there to pickup a package which was easy.
