I went on a Wednesday afternoon to pick up a prescription made by my remote GP. I was seen to quickly and didn't have to wait for too long.
Disinterested to the point of rudeness. Didn't even know what basic cough medicine was. Better off elsewhere, pity as used to be decent
I have never seen a bad pharmacy like this you’re business not medical very expensive and not nice way to speak people
Pharmacy has good knowledge people. They had good consultations as well. Sometimes product prices are a bit high but those are non subscription. Overall happy with the service.
Brilliant pharmacy, had a consultation within a few minutes and was prescribed medication to take away with me. No waiting days/weeks for a doctor's appointment. Would definitely recommend for minor ailments. Very friendly and helpful service too!

Never open when it says it should be. Have been twice in an evening when it says it is open until 10pm and closed both times before 8pm. If you can't be bothered to honour your own opening times then update them and save your customers a wasted journey!
I am severely suffering with Acne scars and was given a prescription to use for every month but it seems that this month there has been a delay it has been over a week and I am very impatient. I called in with the pharmacy and they said it was out of stock around the whole of Leeds . I feel as though my matter is not being taken seriously I am fed up with this Pharmacy and the GP with that matter
Thank you knights for not updating your openning times. I could have collected my prescription yesterday but had enough to wait untill this morning, checked your openning hours on the phone menu and yes your open! Now I dont have eye drops for today or probabley tomorrow because you decide to close for a day or two. Dont think about your customers you just enjoy your unanounced days off. Thanks
Not a helpful service! Rang the pharmacy a day before going to collect my prescription and asked if they had the medication in stock and got a response it can be ordered and received the same evening. Went the following day to pick the medication up and they didn’t have it in and said they’ve got parts of it. Not very helpful when you’ve been promised something and it’s not been offered. They then said the medication can’t be ordered as it’s out of stock and not sure when it will be available. Such poor service and communication. The pharmacist then proceeded to say I should have rang in to confirm if the medication was in stock! Far to much headache for such a simple request. The whole team lack people skills!!
