   Parcel never arrived, but happily the courier UPS who lost it are in the process of issuing a refund. (The non-arrival of the parcel was partly our fault as the wrong post code was given.) Thanks to Austrian Food's excellent customer service and intercession on our behalf, we can now look forward to receiving the refund.

   A rare find. Superb customer service. Was looking for an unusal gift for Christmas and stumbled upon this company. I liked their story so thought I'd give them a try. I placed 2 orders for shipping to 2 different address around 9m on the 17th of December. At 10pm I received a personalized reply from a real person. (Thank you Elina).They were happy to fulfill my special requests. Both items received in their respective destinations - one of which was Scotland - on the 20th.    I was delighted to find this company on the net! I wanted to order some nice authentic Austrian lager, like I'm accustomed to drinking when in the Tyrol. I placed my order for 12 bottles of Stiegl. Elina very helpful when I made contact over order. Website clear and easy to use. My order was despatched and received super fast, thank you. I'll be trying my first bottle tonight once chilled!! Great product and customer service. UPS delivered in line with my instruction....Great guys to deal with. Complete recommendation.

   A super well run family business. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely couple. Everything I've ordered has been delivered in no time and has been well packaged. Above all it has been delicious. I've worked my way through their range from gorgeous jams, honeys and mustard to meat products, sweets and alcohol. Brilliant. My sights are now set on the lovely table cloth in their home range.There's always something to tempt me......

   My Dad is Austrian and I have grown up visiting every year for holidays and to see family. With the current pandemic I am missing my trip home so started looking online specifically for Austrian food and beer....result I found Austrian Food UK!!! The service offered was fantastic with a great selection. I ordered and received my (well priced) shop really quickly and well packaged! I'll be ordering again to give my Dad a gift as he too is missing going home. Thanks to Erich for arranging everything so quickly, start stocking Kaiser Bier and I'll give you 6 Stars!!!    So glad I found this company! My Mum is Austrian and homesick, so she was so excited when I sent her a surprise package of Austrian food. Elina and Erich are so helpful and respond very quickly, was such an easy process. Mum said the frozen food was brilliantly packaged too. Will definitely use again and will also recommend!
