   I have to write a bad review this time, this is the local Asda to me. They need to STOP restocking the shelves so recklessly, it is dangerous to the customers. They have these big boxes of products, and big metal trolleys strewn about the store, it's messy and unsafe. Especially for people with mobility issues and kids, how are they supposed to navigate the store safely? Multiple times they have left these big trolleys in the middle of the aisles, instead of to the side. I have almost been run over by one of these trolleys because the employee did not check anyone was in her path before she is pushing the big trolley full speed down the aisle, I could have been injured. Some of the Asda workers act like you are in their way when you are trying to do your shopping, You have to tiptoe around them whilst they wait impatiently for you to grab an item off the shelf. I understand that they have a job to do but where is the regard for customers who are just trying to do their shopping? The toilets are almost always out of order and if they are open they are unclean and unsanitary. I think that there should always be a clean toilet available in the store to use. I will say that some of the employees working here are lovely people, very kind and hardworking. And the store usually has a good selection of product. They just need to sort of these issues

   I was counting some boxes, and while I was doing that, I put them in one corner, and my husband was putting them in a basket. But while we were doing that, a lady who works there came over, moved us in very rude way .. and picked one up. At first, I thought she wanted help, but when I asked her what she was doing, she said she wanted one for herself. I said okay, but how you can get one if I was taking them? She was so rude keep saying that she wants that … . l asked for a manager, and she sent me to a man. When I arrived in front of him, l asked, 'Are you the manager?' He said no, and she was trying to make him lie, but he still said he wasn't the manager. Then, while I was struggling, I found a manager as all the people who worked there pretend there doesn’t exist a manager arround . Finally, a guy who worked there pointed and said he was. But that manager didn't give a thing ... He spoke as if I was there to take something for free. I tried to tell my story, but he didn't seem very interested( he just said aha sorry) . That lady kept coming and complaining with her lies. If I was in the wrong, why did she send me to a fake manager, and why was she coming back? In which world do we live? How is it possible? There are people who really needs this jobs .. who really gonna do a change … I did read the other review and I can see a lady who works there in a photo .. the same lady was rude to me aswell when I go to pay … she was so angry .. maybe because I was looking after manager .. but you know sometimes you don’t want make it bigger ? This people should leave the ones who really need to work . Thank you !

   Affordable prices and wide variety Shopping at ASDA Superstore is usually a good experience. The store layout is generally easy to navigate, and shelves are well-stocked most of the time. Staff are helpful and approachable, and the self-checkout option makes shopping quicker. The George clothing section is also a nice bonus, offering good quality at reasonable prices. On busy days, the store can get quite crowded, and checkout queues may take a bit longer, but overall, ASDA provides great value for money and convenience.

   Happy to help! Yeah right! This worker is sooo rude. I politely asked her for a park and she gave me a very rude & sarcastic hand gesture and then started giving me horrid looks when I asked why she was being so sarcastic. She must hate her job! Will go back to Sainsbury’s where I’m never spoken to rudely.

   Be careful parking up here! Rotten area, dark and not very well well lit parking area which is not safe at all. I parked here as I needed to use the out of hours doctors over the road and then went across to do a quick shop and wait for my prescription at Asda. Inside Asda the veg shelves were practically empty! The pharmacy convenient and helpful.. on my exit there were lots of weird characters walking around. A month later I have received a parking fine of £54.00 for parking at this dump. Had I of known I had to pay to park here I would have.. since the car park was so dark and didn’t feel safe I did not see any signs to pay to park! I feel they are scamming people for their hard earned money. So frustrated but anyway. I would not recommend this place at all and would not return!

   Asda is great and they are encouraging shoppers to use their awards app. My issue is if you forget your phone or can't get reception to scan your spend to update on the app there is no way to do it afterwards. I spent £200+ over Christmas but wasn't able to scan it on the app and therefore can't get any benefits from that shopping. Asda need to reconsider this and give people the additional option to upload after shopping.

   Done a return filled in the details for the return- a male member of staff took my number and would not stop calling and messaging me making me feel uncomfortable. Another incident I had paid for my shopping had my clothes hanging on the outside to not get caught up in food had a security guard stop me I asked why I was randomly being stopped and was told "people like you don't afford these transactions" I had paid for my entire transaction. I became unwell while shopping I asked a member of staff to help me out of the store- she told me maybe if I wasn't so big I wouldn't have these health issues- I have cancer.... It's incident after incident... I started shopping in Southgate now

   Really poor experience. I got a parking fine of £90 for my stay of 1 hr 13 mins. I purchased for more than £10 and it was written you get 2hr free parking if shop of more than £10. But still got the fine. Never going there again.

   I have been shopping at this store every day since 2017 and have always been satisfied, until today when the security called me a thief. No one has ever insulted me like this in front of my child. This person is arrogant and disrespectful to womens. After scanning all my purchases and paying with a card my transaction was not accepted but i didn't see that. I explained that, there was an error with my bank or a problem with the payment machine, but the security of this store kept repeating that I had stolen the purchases on purpose. Many people who work in the store know me as a regular customer. I have thousands of transactions on my card. Yes i didn't wait for my receipt and this mistake happened but why should i be humiliated like this in front of all people? I left the store crying, me and my family will never go back there again.
